Bonfire was founded with proven, experienced technologists in mind. We believe that if a project is led by the right people, with the right experience, the goal will be accomplished.
The Tech Team
We are a small firm comprised of extremely talented tech leaders, project managers, engineers, and more. All of our consultants have enterprise-wide, large company experience. We believe this is important and helps to understand and navigate the complex nature of our each individual business that we serve.
Our team is currently made up of 12 executive-level technologists with real-world experience leading, building, and fixing technology inside operating companies.
They’ve led complex migrations, modernized legacy systems, built internal teams, managed vendors, and navigated the hard tradeoffs that come with real business constraints.

Nick Patraw
Founder & Managing Partner
Nick is a people person through and through. Bonfire exists because of the lasting relationships he’s built over the past decade with both technologists and the executives who rely on their skills.
Outside of work, Nick is an avid golfer, sports fan, and enthusiastic participant in client happy hours. He values good conversation, a little banter, and getting to know people beyond titles and roles.
Paige Palmer
Client Partner
Paige is a true professional. Nick says that she is the best “question asker” he’s ever met. With years of experience in the tech staffing and consulting space, Paige’s relationships and drive make her an incredible partner and advisor to our clients.
Outside of work, you can find Paige joining Nick for happy hours, traveling whenever possible, and spending time outside, preferably on a boat or near water. She values meaningful conversation and bringing a human side to the technology industry.
